Admission Procedure
During the client’s application process, the client’s needs are assessed and referrals are made. Once the client arrives, orientation to the area and services are highlighted and discussed. House rules are reviewed and locations of local 12-step meeting are identified. An effort is made to personally introduce the client with all existing clients; especially those with similar life experiences.
Individualized Recovery Plans
Individualized Recovery Plans are developed based upon the personal needs of each client. This plan encompasses the involvement of outside support groups, integrated personal evaluation and family involvement. Goals are defined. Periodic evaluation allows modifications as necessary.
Case Managers are versed in the locally available recovery, community and personnel services; clients will have access to the following services:
- Treatment Services
- Employment/Education Services
- Peer-to-Peer Services
- Transportation
- Long-term or Permanent Housing
MADIS Sober House firmly believe that the regular AA or NA meeting attendance is imperative for long term sobriety. Incoming clients are provided with an AA/NA meeting schedule book and are encouraged to tie in with “seasoned” tenants.
